2. Magic: The Gathering i powiązane elementy są znakami Wizards of the Coast. Grafiki kart i produktów pozostają własnością odpowiednich właścicieli praw. 4. 5. Skaner Rozpoznawanie może pomylić kartę, wariant, język, wykończenie foil albo wydanie. Przed dodaniem karty, sprzedażą lub zakupem użytkownik powinien potwierdzić wynik, numer kolekcjonerski, stan oraz cenę. 6. Licencja i zabronione działania Otrzymujesz ograniczone, osobiste, niewyłączne, nieprzenoszalne i odwołalne prawo do używania Geek Vault w celu zarządzania własną kolekcją. 7. Treści użytkownika Zachowujesz prawa do własnych zdjęć i informacji. Przekazujesz Geek Vault ograniczoną licencję na ich przechowywanie i przetwarzanie wyłącznie w celu synchronizacji, obsługi konta i — jeśli prześlesz przykład skanera — poprawy rozpoznawania. Musisz mieć prawo do przesyłanych treści. Usunięcie konta kończy tę licencję i uruchamia usuwanie danych zgodnie z Polityką prywatności. 8. GEEK VAULT — TERMS OF USE Effective September 24, 2026. 1. Operator and acceptance Geek Vault is owned and operated by Marcin Galicki. Contact: marcin.k.galicki@gmail.com. By using the app, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Anyone below the age required by the law of their country may use the service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. 2. Service Geek Vault is an independent tool for scanning, identifying, cataloging, and estimating the value of physical collectible cards. Features, catalogs, and sources may be changed, expanded, or discontinued. 3. Independence and third-party rights Geek Vault is not produced, sponsored, endorsed, approved, or supported by the owners of the displayed brands or by Cardmarket. Card and set names, artwork, characters, symbols, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. They are displayed only as reasonably necessary to identify physical cards scanned, owned, or searched for by the user. Geek Vault claims no ownership in them and grants no license to copy or redistribute them. Magic: The Gathering and related properties are trademarks of Wizards of the Coast. Marvel and related properties are trademarks of Marvel. Pokémon and related properties are trademarks of Nintendo, Creatures Inc., and GAME FREAK inc. Cyberpunk and related properties are trademarks of CD PROJEKT S.A. Card and product imagery remains the property of the respective rights holders. 4. Sources and valuations Metadata may come from public catalogs including Cardmarket and Scryfall. Cardmarket data used by Geek Vault includes product catalog and pricing information, not a license to card artwork. Prices are informational, may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and are not a professional appraisal, investment, tax, insurance advice, or a guaranteed sale price. 5. Scanner Recognition may misidentify a card, printing, language, foil treatment, or edition. Before adding, selling, or purchasing a card, the user should confirm the result, collector number, condition, and price. 6. License and prohibited conduct You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use Geek Vault to manage your own collection. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the catalog, prices, or imagery; bypass security or limits; overload the service; use it unlawfully; or use it to build a competing database, application, or service. 7. User content You retain rights in your own photos and information. You grant Geek Vault a limited license to store and process them only for synchronization, account operation, and—when you submit a scanner example—recognition improvement. You must have the right to submit this content. Deleting the account ends this license and starts data deletion under the Privacy Policy. 8. Account and termination You may stop using the service or delete your account in the app. The operator may restrict access when required to address violations of law, these Terms, service security, or third-party rights. 9. Availability and liability The service is provided “as is”. External sources may change their terms, restrict access, or remove data. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading decisions, lost profits, or loss caused by relying solely on app recognition or valuation. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded by contract. 10. Rights-holder requests and governing law A rights holder may request review or removal of material by contacting marcin.k.galicki@gmail.com. These Terms are governed by Polish law while preserving mandatory consumer rights in the user's country.
